The Easy Way to Textured Nails.

Textured Nails are everywhere at the moment. Nail art with studs, sequins and rhinestones are huge at the minute. With MUA making the Caviar Manicure at anyone's price range, nail art wheels available from most pound shops and eBay coming up trumps for pretty much anything, it's easy for everyone to jump on this trend. But what if you could make it easier and get textures just with a polish? Here are my top 3 Textured polishes for you.

Illamasqua Rubber polishes are a favourite of mine, mainly for the colours. If I can't find a colour in eyeshadow, nail polish or blush I always head to the Illamasqua stand. When I couldn't find a dark green polish in the shade I wanted, I went to see them and obviously, found what I wanted. I didn't realise it was one of their rubberised polishes at the time but I'm glad it was or I'd never  have got to try them

My favourite nail texture is a matte nail, preferably with black. A lot of companies make a matte top coat but I use the one from George at ASDA. It's only £1 and  it does the job, so why not! Paint your nails in your chosen colour and simply one coat does it. It's also a top coat so makes your polish last that little big longer. As you can see I use this a lot!

A drug store option now. The Revlon Matte Suede line is very similar to the Illamasqua Rubber polishes. They're not a matte colour though, they have glitter in them. Glitter with a . Matte finish? I didn't understand it either. There's no real reason why this polish is green too, I thought it would be pretty for Christmas. Available at most high street drug stores, this polish is more accessible and is almost half the price of the Rubber polish at only £7.95.

If you are a fan of nail art then here are my top picks at an affordable price. As mentioned there is the MUA Nail Constellations which give you a Caviar Manicure for only £3.

Nail Art pens are also widely available now. With studs, sequins or gems in one side and a polish with a fine applicator on the other, they are an all in one over your favourite polish. Hip-hop have one available for £6.50 but this one was only £2 from good ol` Primark and comes in different shades too.

Most pound stores stock these nail art wheels that have different studs and stones in them. I found one with black studs in, so I stocked up. And for £1 it really wasn't a big deal.

Primark Haul!

This isn't something I usually do - haul my clothing and accessories, but I picked up a few little bits in Primark this weekend that I wanted to share with you. They're all really nice pieces at an even nicer price. I find that Primark is pretty hit and miss - sometimes you can buy half the shop and sometimes it's a disaster.

This gold studded belt is a great piece. I'm looking forward to wearing this against black jeans or PU leggings to add a little something. It's a great colour - not too in your face. At only £2 it's also a complete bargain. I'm sorry for now many times I say that in this blog post.

Recognise these? They are super similar to my bargain 80p market earrings but these drop cross earrings are just a touch bigger and a little heavier so they're a bit easier to wear as a statement piece - which I will be doing. The are a yellow gold so they'll go well with... well, the rest of what I bought today! Did I mention they were only £1?

Isn't this gold studded ring just beautiful. It's big, it's flash and it's bloody beautiful. A real statement piece. As you can see it was only £2 and it's probably worth more than that as scrap metal - it's so heavy! It's a real easy piece to just put on and glam an outfit up.

This is the same as the ring above. It's a really big, heavy piece. On elastic, it's easy to wear and also will glam up an outfit in a second. This studded bracelet, at only £3 it's a fabulous piece. It's the same gold as the ring and earrings too! I seriously adore this bracelet and cannot wait to wear it!

I also bought 2 pairs of PU (leather look) leggings; a black pair and a gold pair too. I'm not 100% when I'll wear the gold pair but I was thinking with an all black outfit, they're look fabulous!

FCUK You! OOTD.

Today is just a normal day but I am wearing two items from FCUK I got last week and a Primark bargain so I wanted to share with you.

Watch - Michael Kors at The Watch Shop. £229 S/S 2012.
Earrings - Market. 80p. (BARGAIN BUY!)
Peplum Vest - Primark. £4 Current.
Coat - FCUK. £325 Current.
Jeans - Topshop. £35.
Shoes - FCUK. £105 Current.
Handbag - Hermes. It was a gift!

I'm not an FCUK girl, in fact apart from a bag a few years ago, I don't like I own anything by them. But when I went into an FCUK store last week, I was blown away. The jacket is real leather with fully studded sleeves. At £325 it is a lot of money but it's something that I will have forever. The shoes are also from FCUK on the same shopping trip. I adored them! They are girly - though they don't look it. The bag is my beloved Hermes but I was given it as a gift. As usual I am wearing my Michael Kors watch and my bargain 80p earrings. The peplum vest is from Primark. It was £4 and I liked it because it's just a cotton vest it isn't stiff. And for £4, can you really complain?

Lookbook/OOTD.

This is my outfit of the day. Currently what most of my outfits are looking like - I won't lie. Consisting of PU leggings, a jumper and hidden heel hi-tops. Added a statement necklace and cute bracelet to 'girly' it up a bit but as today was only errants, playgroup with my young one and feeling sorry for myself with a bad cold, it did the job.

Necklace - River Island. £15 A/W 2010.
Earrings, bracelet and bag - eBay. £4 - £38 Current.
Hidden heel high tops - River Island. £40 Current.
Wet look leggings - Primark. £6. Current.
Jumper. Customized - COW Vintage Clothing. £18.
